The Museum, it's a bit pricey but for the cost of two admission tickets you can receive a year membership. The main floor is filled with jumbo building blocks, different levels, a big white screen which they usually project some colored lights. Upstairs there's tons of activities on the floor, a bed pf nails, a water table, a colouring section. There's enough to keep the kids entertained forever.
TWO:
Another option for things-to-do in Kitchener, Funworx. A three-story player area, a ball pit, slides. No matter how old, the kids are going to find something to keep them entertained. It's also a great place to plan a birthday party. If you don't want to pay the price of admission to Funworx, you can go to the McDonald's on Fairway Road. They have a small play structure, two-story, free to get in. There's also a church on Hespeler Road in Cambridge, a three-story play structure, open room, lots of stuff to do, it's only a dollar to get in.

And if you can't find something at the main branch of the Kitchener Public Library. Check out the Kitchener Market, on Tuesdays and Thursdays they've got kids programming.
